1) Visit Zingauto.com, or call us at 1-866-680-4114, and let a representative know you need a repair.
2) Drop your car off at a certified repair facility. You can use your preferred shop or dealership, or a Zing rep can select one for you.
That's it. Your Zing rep will arrange for a rental car, pay the repair facility, and keep you informed as your car is being serviced. You will never have to check in with the shop, and there will never be an upfront cost for any covered repair.
